Kevin F. Richardson, Esq.
Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Stetson University in 1978, majoring in Business Finance. As a senior, he received the Wall Street Journal Achievement Award as the top student in the Business School. Kevin graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1981. He joined Shelton Clyatt, Jr. in West Palm Beach as an associate in 1981, and became a name partner in 1983. Kevin is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and all State Courts in Florida.
His practice is focused on civil law, with an emphasis on litigation. Over the past 35+ years, he has tried cases all over Florida, from the Keys through the Panhandle.
Christopher J. Ryan, Esq.
Chris graduated from Florida State University in 2006, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. He graduated magna cum laude from the Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012. Chris joined Kevin as an associate in 2012, and became a name partner in 2015. Chris is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and all State Courts in Florida.
His practice is comprised of general civil litigation, transactional law and strategic business consulting.
Jennifer D. Bissey, FRP
Jennifer graduated first in her class with summa cum laude honors in 1999 from Palm Beach State College, majoring in Paralegal Studies. While at Palm Beach State, Jennifer was named Paralegal of the Year and took first place in Florida, and third place nationally, as part of the Phi Beta Lambda national business law competition. Jennifer is a Florida Registered Paralegal with the Florida Bar and is an active member of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Palm Beach Chapter.
Jennifer joined the firm in 2002. Now, with over 17 years of legal experience, Jennifer is well-versed in all aspects of the firm’s practice including civil litigation, business law, formation of business entities, personal injury, family law, probate, guardianship and estate planning.
